We use air shipping to guarantee the fastest delivery, safeguarding the taste and quality of our EVOO so you can enjoy its fresh taste like a true Mediterranean!
Modern Milling Standards
Our olives are harvested and cold pressed using the latest technology and equipment to guarantee maximum protection from contamination without compromising on the flavor and aroma of our extra virgin olive oil.
A Final Touch of Quality
Once it arrives in the United States, our EVOO is triple-filtered and bottled on site to give it that last touch of quality and grant it a longer shelf life.
Unfiltered options are available upon request at the beginning of every season.
